What is gold filled?
Gold filled jewelry is made by pressure bonding 2-3 layers of gold on a base metal. The base metal that we use is copper. Gold filled is a better alternative to gold plating because filled has 100% more gold than plating. It won't tarnish and is much more durable. With proper care and storage your jewelry can last 10-30 years.
What is rhodium plating?
Rhodium is a precious metal, a member of the platinum family. It is used as a plating for jewelry because it guards against scratches, increases shine, is durable and less prone to tarnishing. If you have a nickel allergy, rhodium plating is a good option for you.
How do I clean my jewelry?
You can clean your jewelry using warm water and a mild soap. Soak your pieces for no more than a minute in the water. If you have to scrub use a soft brush and be gentle. Rinse well, pat dry your pieces and leave them to air dry. Make sure they are completely dry before storing them.
How do I store my jewelry?
When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend to store them in the plastic bags that they arrive in. More airflow means more of a chance of your pieces tarnishing.
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
Yes you may shower with your jewelry on. What we advise against is:
-Getting alcohol on your pieces such as perfumes, hairspray, lotion, sunscreen, cleaning products with bleach
If your jewelry is well taken care of it could last you a lifetime!
What do I do if my jewelry tarnishes or breaks?

I'm allergic to certain metals. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and nickel free?
Yes! You should not have any issues wearing our jewelry, everything is hypoallergenic and nickel free. The base metal that we use is copper. Should you have any issues, please feel free to contact us.
